Tehran is willing to restart nuclear negotiations with Washington on condition that it is handled with "dignity" and "honor", Tehran's foreign minister has announced.

Abbas Araghchi stated only diplomacy was effective, and disclosed new appeals had come from intermediaries to resume talks with the American leadership. He asserted Iran had zero secret atomic facilities, and Tehran could not yet authorize the International Atomic Energy Agency to visit struck enrichment centers for protective measures.

Navigating a Challenging Course
