Amazing $30 Map-Making Humble Bundle Represents a Virtual Tabletop Game Master's Fantasy
Following a brief run back in April, the Map Making Mega Bundle is back with an encore available until Dec. 2. Described as a "treasure trove of assets and apps" created by a specialized software company over the years, the complete package is valued at over $1,300. And there are three different bundles offered in this deal.
Primary Feature
The standout feature is definitely permanent access to the CC3+ software, a professional-grade mapping application that can be used to generate various types including fantasy overworld maps, detailed regional charts, urban layouts, and, perhaps most importantly, tactical combat environments.
An imaginative landscape chart created using the CC3+ software platform.
Package Levels
Basic Package
The cheapest bundle tier, starting at just one dollar, includes only four from the thirty-nine available products: Fantasy Overland Symbol Collection, Token Treasury: Monsters 1, Source Maps: Castles!, and Source Maps: Cities!. This one's only for cartographers who already have CC3+, yet it provides fresh fantasy design elements for landscape mapping, more than 750 monster tokens compatible with online gaming platforms, over twenty-five aerial castle designs including hundreds of map markers, eight complete urban centers, plus seventy-plus building interiors.
Intermediate Package
The eight-product collection for at least $15 offers enhanced value by adding in permanent CC3+ access, Cartographer's Annual Vol 1, Ultimate Mapping Guidebook, Isometric Cities Symbol Pack. Cartographer's Annual is the annual collection from ProFantasy's long-running monthly subscription service featuring multiple CC3+ enhancements like map collections and various other tools. The Isometric Cities enables display cities with an extra dimension with isometric views from multiple angles. Meanwhile, the Mapping Tome comprises 760 pages suitable for novices and experts, packed with guidance and instructions for the map-making process.

Users can also create character portraits. At thirty versus fifteen dollars, the full bundle is so worth it, especially for cartographers with temporary CC3+ access and want to upgrade to lifetime. But it's obviously more advantageous for cartography beginners considering you even get introductory guides to facilitate learning. The sole limitation though you can redeem the deal across platforms, the software is only usable on Windows.
Charitable Component
As with other Humble Bundles, part of every purchase goes to benefit a nonprofit. For this one, the beneficiary is Save the Children, an organization founded by Eglantyne Jebb in 1919 focused on improving the lives of children worldwide through education, health care, and emergency relief. The Bundle Filters option is toward the top of the page, though users may also choose any amount for a donation in the right-hand section. There's also an donation allocation menu immediately below, enabling adjustment of the distribution percentage allocated between the platform, developer, and charity.
